The Positivity Challenge

We have all been there with out negativity and we know it’s not needed. Sometimes we have bad days and sometimes we have horrible days. Our emotions are so overpowering at times and there are times when we can’t control them, especially a feeling of sadness. This challenge will get your brain thinking a different way, which is 100% positive. Let’s face facts, positivity is something that we all need in our life, every single day of the week. You do not have to follow these in any order. If your wish to move around, that’s fine. Also, if you decide, you can use each one more than once for a different day. Do what you feel you need to do as there is no wrong way.

You know that dream you have? Think about it right now, imagine everything you can about it, then write it all down. Be sure to write down the steps you need to take in order to make it happen.

Have lunch with someone today. This can be a friend, family member, or even someone you admire. After you eat, order a Sundae and go crazy on toppings. You deserve it!

For every worse case you think of, switch it out for something more positive and imagine the best thing that can happen.

Cut out 3 things that are negative in your life!

Choose your positive Mantra and use it today, all day.

Who are you? What is most important in your life right now? Write it down on paper.

Compliment 3 people today!

Listen to your favorite band from your childhood and tell someone the story behind the reason it’s your favorite.

Breathe in Deep! Relax! Repeat 3 times. Do this throughout the day.

Go outside and play! Yes, you read that right! Be a kid again. Jumprope, trampoline, water balloon fight! Go do it!

Share a memory with a friend and see if they have one they’d like to share. Spend time talking to your friend about yours and ask questions about theirs.

While in your car, blast the music and dance. No one is watching, let it all out!

Do something nice for someone, something that they might not expect.

Meditate for 5 minutes!

Say Hello to a stranger & engage in a conversation about anything. Keep going until you’ve found someone very interesting.

Fill your social media up with nothing but positivity today.

Create a music playlist filled with positive music and listen to it throughout the day.

Write a letter to someone that you admire. You decide whether or not you’d like to give it to them.

What fills your heart with joy? Focus on that and allow it to happen. Seek it out if you must!

Dress nicely today. Allow people to notice your. Feel good about yourself. You are amazing.

Go for a walk, admiring everything around you. Breathe in the fresh air. Listen to the birds. Enjoy yourself.

Photo day. Take photos of anything that inspires you. Take photos of your family, friends, pets, or anything that has to do with nature.

Learn something new today. Maybe a craft. How to draw. How to play guitar. How to cook a certain dish.

Take the day off! Enjoy your day! Be lazy if you need to. Do what makes you happy.

Search for an app and find one that looks like a lot of fun.

Don’t worry about what people think. Their opinions are none of your business!

Call a friend and ask them to hang out with your for the day. Go somewhere that you went as a teenager and talk about the opposite sex.

Make promises today & stick with them!
