Hello.  My name is Martha.  I have always held an interest in Anxiety & Depression because I have had both since I was a child.  I like to figure out why I am feeling a certain way at a certain moment. For instance, during panic attacks.  Not every panic attack is the same.  The trigger is always different, at least for myself.  My goal has always been to figure out what is beyond each one, why they happen at different times, and why they are never the same, or for the same reason.  I have been studying this for well over 25 years now.  I have taken classes on this, read many books, and spoken to thousands of people that suffer in almost the same way.  I now have a much deeper understanding and want to help as many people that I can so that they can have a better life.  Bringing me to designing & writing my guided journal workbooks.  To which I am finally able to offer to everyone that is suffering as well. I am so excited that I am able to do this for all of you, today.

With the use of my journal workbooks, you will finally be able to heal.  Self-heal is what you will be working towards.  

I am educated in and have a great understanding of both Anxiety & Depression.  My guided journal workbooks will help you in breaking free of Avoidance Behavior.  Anxiety manifests itself in so many different ways, ways that I now have a great understanding of.
